We believe our delivery charges should be as simple and easy to understand as possible.

UK Mainland
Our delivery is free on all orders over £100 to the UK mainland. Any orders under £100 are subject to a small carriage charge of £6.95.

Ireland, Highlands and Islands 
Some more remote parts of the UK and the Republic of Ireland are more difficult and expensive to reach. If you live in any of these then you will incur a small surcharge on the delivery cost and you may at times have to wait a little longer for your order to arrive.

Timescales

We endeavour to deliver all orders within 5 - 7 working days, however on a few occasions we may be unable to meet these timescales, and especially if your engraving requirements are particularly complex or your delivery location is outside of the UK mainland. If this is the case then we will contact you in advance to advise you of the anticipated delivery date.

Fast Track Service

Left your order till the last minute? Let our Fast Track Team take care of that! We offer a Fast Track Service which in most cases will ensure your order is processed and despatched within 2 - 3 working days. The cost for this service is £10 on orders up to £200 and £20 for orders of £200 and over. This fee will be in addition to the standard delivery costs quoted above and is subject to stock availability and workload. Please call for more details.

Damages

When goods are delivered, examine them carefully. If the goods have been damaged during delivery you need to contact us with 24 hours. We will require proof with 24 hours via photographic evidence that the goods are damaged.

If you selected a standard delivery with us we can claim up to a maximum of £50.00 only and not for any item made of glass for breakage. Again loss is only covered up to £50.00 per order as per our carrier. Please send full details and we can submit the claim for you.

All parcels sent via Royal Mail tracked parcel service cannot be covered by us the sender. We have signed a contract with the Royal Mail state that we cannot claim for breakage or loss however you as the recipient can claim. You need to call the Post Office on 08456 113444. They will open a case and give you a reference number in which they will send you a claim for and an envelope in order for you to return the goods to them. They will then assess your claim and pay you direct by cheque. Again any item in glass is not covered.

Any items which are not collected or signed for and are returned to us will be charged a surcharge of £25.00.
